01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the jl188 website accessible at jl188.cam and all associated services, applications, game lobbies, and features provided thereunder.
• "Account" refers to the registered member account created by a Player on the jl188 Platform.
• "Player" / "Member" refers to any natural person who has registered an Account on jl188 and who uses the Platform for gaming, betting, or related activities.
• "Wallet" refers to the internal balance held within a Player's jl188 Account, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to non-withdrawable promotional credits granted by jl188 pursuant to specific promotional offers, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by jl188 prior to processing withdrawal requests.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Activities" means any actions expressly prohibited under Section 9 of these Terms.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for gaming regulation in the Philippines.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, accessing the jl188 Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any additional policies published on the Platform including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms.

jl188 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated version number and effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Where changes are material, jl188 will endeavor to notify registered Players via email or on-platform notification.

If you are accessing jl188 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms and that you accept these Terms on their behalf.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on jl188, you must register a Player Account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, jl188 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and void any balances or bonuses therein without prior notice.

You are responsible for ensuring that all Account information remains accurate and up to date. jl188 will not be held liable for any issues arising from outdated or inaccurate information you have provided, including delays in withdrawal processing due to KYC discrepancies.

04 Eligibility

By registering, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction;
3. You are not a resident of, or accessing jl188 from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of jl188 or any affiliated entity;
5. You are not registered under any self-exclusion program that would restrict your participation in online gambling.

jl188 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to jl188's satisfaction.

05 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jl188 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account.

jl188 employs 256-bit SSL encryption, hashed password storage, and automated fraud detection mechanisms to protect your Account. However, jl188 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify jl188 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. jl188 may temporarily suspend your Account upon receiving such notification while an investigation is conducted.

jl188 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other unsolicited communication. Any communication purporting to be from jl188 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

jl188 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and cryptocurrency channels as made available on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

1. The Player must have completed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal is processed;
2. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200;
3. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into the same Account, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's verified name;
4. jl188 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above applicable threshold amounts;
5. Withdrawal processing times are indicative only: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically process within 15 minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers may take up to 24 hours;
6. jl188 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

jl188 offers various promotional incentives to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, referral rewards, and VIP program benefits. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

General bonus conditions applicable to all jl188 promotions:

1. Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. jl188 reserves the right to deny, withhold, or withdraw any bonus from any Player where there is evidence of bonus abuse, systematic exploitation, or wagering patterns inconsistent with recreational play;
2. Standard wagering requirement for welcome and reload bonuses is 15x the bonus amount, unless the specific offer states otherwise;
3. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer. Bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed at expiry if requirements remain unmet;
4. Certain game categories may contribute differently — or not at all — toward bonus wagering requirements. Consult each offer's specific terms for applicable game contributions;
5. Maximum bet using bonus funds is ₱500 per hand / spin / bet unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom;
6. Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash without satisfying wagering requirements, or applied to a different Account;
7. jl188 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bets already placed under existing promotional terms will be honored.

08 Gameplay Rules

All games available on jl188 are governed by the rules published within each individual game interface. Where there is a conflict between the general Terms and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for the purpose of resolving that specific game dispute.

jl188's games are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently verified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay:

1. jl188 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs;
2. Where a game round is incomplete and cannot be reconstructed, the wager for that round will be refunded to the Player's Wallet;
3. jl188's decision on any dispute arising from a technical malfunction, once made following investigation, is final.

Live dealer game decisions made by the dealer in accordance with stated game rules are final. Disputes must be raised with jl188 support within 24 hours of the game session in question.

09 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jl188 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and where warranted, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraudulent activity — including use of stolen payment instruments, identity fraud, or misrepresentation of personal information;
• Money laundering — depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using jl188 to obscure the origin of funds in contravention of applicable anti-money laundering laws;
• Collusion — coordinating with other Players in multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage;
• Use of automated tools — employing bots, scripts, macros, or other automated wagering software to interact with the Platform without human control;
• Bonus abuse — creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting promotional terms in a manner not intended by jl188, or any systematic extraction of bonus funds inconsistent with genuine play;
• Chargebacks — initiating chargebacks or payment reversals with your payment provider for legitimate deposits made to jl188;
• Exploiting software bugs — knowingly using or attempting to use a software error, bug, or vulnerability to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from a known software exploit may be voided;
• Underage gambling — providing false information to circumvent the 21+ age restriction;
• Accessing from prohibited jurisdictions — using VPNs or other means to circumvent geographic access controls.

10 Responsible Gaming

jl188 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation;
• Session Time Reminders — Configure notifications that alert you after a defined period of continuous play;
• Reality Check — Enable periodic pop-up summaries showing your net gaming activity during the current session;
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily suspend your Account for a Player-defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion — Request a longer-term exclusion from the Platform for periods of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the chosen period.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the jl188 Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, game assets, promotional materials, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of jl188 or is used under license from third-party providers including Playtech, JILI Games, Pragmatic Play, and others.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from jl188;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any jl188 software or game;
• Create derivative works based on jl188 content;
• Use jl188 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without express written authorization.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jl188, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds resulting from your own error, including accidental wagering or incorrect game selection;
• Interruption of the Platform due to technical maintenance, third-party provider outages, or internet connectivity issues beyond jl188's control;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any reliance on information published on the Platform that proves inaccurate through no fault of jl188.

jl188's total liability to any Player for any single claim shall not exceed the total real-money amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jl188's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

jl188 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jl188 uses personal data provided during registration and KYC verification exclusively for the purposes of operating your Account, processing financial transactions, fulfilling regulatory obligations including anti-money laundering compliance, and communicating with you about your Account and applicable promotions.

jl188 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, fraud prevention services, and regulatory bodies to the extent necessary to operate the Platform lawfully. Full details are available in the Privacy Policy.

14 Account Suspension & Closure

jl188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Identification of a duplicate Account;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder;
• Regulatory requirement or court order;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (see below).

Dormant Account Policy: An Account with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months shall be considered dormant. jl188 will provide 30 days' written notice to the registered email address before imposing a dormancy fee of ₱200 per month against any remaining balance. If the balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant Account by contacting jl188 support.

Where an Account is closed by jl188 for a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Where closure is initiated by the Player voluntarily, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned via the Player's last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

15 Amendments to Terms

jl188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. All amendments will be effective upon publication on this page with an updated version number and effective date. Where jl188 determines that an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects Player rights or obligations — jl188 will endeavor to notify registered Players via the email address on file at least 7 days prior to the amendment taking effect.

Your continued access to or use of the jl188 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange the return of any verified real-money balance.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws and the regulatory framework under which jl188 operates.

In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to first contact jl188 customer support to seek informal resolution. Most account and gameplay disputes can be resolved quickly by the support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate regulatory or legal bodies.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Philippine law.
